You may have a good idea, but it is often very diﬃcult to validate it or sell it to the upper management without having done any of the ground work. We can help you draw up projects from scratch and produce feasibility studies on dimensions, weight, number of parts, and costs involved in your project. You may have your composite part already designed, but don’t have the resources to design all the necessary tooling to take it to manufacturing. Bellandi Engineering will work around the clock to get all pattern work or metal mould tooling designed and ready for production. We will gladly follow your design oﬃce guidelines and standards when it comes to mould tool design, just let us know your objectives.
Bellandi Engineering designs and manufactures high-performance composite components. Once the parts are designed, we want to make sure they are also laminated correctly. Our F1 experience in CFRP means that we will take care of the entire component design and manufacture process, including all details involved such as inserts, machining drawings, bonded assemblies, and also the critical ply books.
